At spectrumkart.com, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent return experience. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds are accepted.

Part 1: Product Types and Return Eligibility
We categorize our products into the following types, each with specific return policies:

In case of wrong product received or short quantity delivered, we will accept return/replacement on priority.
Part 3: Return Pickup & Processing Guidelines
To initiate a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be in its original packaging, unused and undamaged.

All in-the-box accessories, manuals, and invoice must be included.

Quality check sticker and order ID must be clearly visible.

Product should not have tampered warranty or quality seals.
Return Address: Will be shared by our support team upon approval.
Return Shipping Charges: To be borne by the customer.
Return applicable only for orders above ₹249.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Shipment not accepted at the time of delivery

Customer unavailable during delivery (1–2 attempts made by courier)

Delivery requested at a future date

Shipping address is outside delivery coverage area (customer must collect from courier office)
Refunds or replacements will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Part 4: General Rules for a Successful Return

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, report it before accepting delivery.

Once delivery is accepted, returns will be processed based on product-specific return policies only.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method, or to bank/Paytm account (as required).

Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after product inspection and approval.

Partial refunds will apply in some cases (order processing or payment gateway fees may be deducted).
